We were traveling through Canada and my husband lost part of his hearing aide.
I found Access and Pamela helped him out and gave him extra incase he had a other problem before we got home.

My last experience at another place, in both service and hearing aids was not good.
What I have now are both perfect. I hear perfectly and I can’t even feel them on/in me. The noises I hear now sometimes, are still making me weep with joy! (Two days)

I have had hearing loss most of my life and just coped with it, not knowing how much I was missing. I accepted my hearing loss as “that is just the way it is—nothing can help”. I was so wrong! I have had my hearing aids (thank you Access Hearing!!) for three weeks. I am amazed! I am more social, I can participate in conversations, and I have even volunteered to sit on a few committees. I have a life!
